What is Reiki ?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It’s a form of complementary therapy that involves channeling universal life energy through the hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
“Reiki” means “universal life energy” (Rei = universal, Ki = life force).

What to expect?
During the session my hands are placed lightly on or near your body in a series of positions.

It’s non-invasive and often used to support relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing.

Duration?

Each session is between 60-90min
