Life coaching assessment session: in this 30-45min session Simone will explore with you your intentions for your coaching journey. You will discuss your needs and pain points. You will share your desires and life\’s vision. Simone will be looking for root causes of challenges in order to recommend the best program for you. It’s about you asking questions, learning about how Metaphysical coaching works and building a an initial connection with your coach (Simone). Thereafter you can expect to be recommend a full coaching program.

These programs we offer are:

1. 1.  Life Coaching Premium Program, 
   2. The Adult Learning Incubator ( for young adults ) or 
   3. our Kick Start life coaching program ( 4 intro sessions to know yourself better/deeper).
